2024. The year of Brat Summer, an AI Chocolate Factory nightmare and a witch defying gravity is finally over. The past twelve months have also been filled with gaming goodness, with the Nintendo Switch still chugging out a plethora of hits. While we sit here idly waiting for Metroid Prime 4, the release of the Nintendo Switch 2 and, most importantly, the four-episode revival of Malcolm in the Middle, let’s use this opportunity to celebrate the past year of Nintendo gaming with the NPUK Game of the Year Awards!
We’ve approached the founders of your local NPUK communities with a list of just about every game that launched on Nintendo Switch in 2024, resulting in a shortlist over three different categories, along with a category where you can submit your own Game of the Year. It is now your duty to head over to our voting portal and vote for which game you feel should win in each category. To sweeten the deal, we’ve also got a £15 Nintendo eShop Voucher to give away to a random user who participates in the voting.
You have from now, Monday 20th January 2025 until Wednesday 29th January 2025 at 11:59pm to get your votes in. The results, along with the randomised prize draw announcement, will go live within a week after voting has ended.
