Pokémon is a vicious sport. A meeting of minds, of ideas, of strategies. Over the next month groups country-wide will be holding tournaments to celebrate the art of Poké-battling, and success at one of these local events could net you a rather special golden ticket…
What does this golden ticket give you? Nothing chocolate-y, unfortunately, but on December 7th Nintendo UK will be hosting its own community tournament and you’ll need a golden ticket to enter – Nintendo wants to see the best trainers in the country face off!
For those of you that know Pokémon, this is nothing to do with the Pokémon VGC. This is just a bit of fun for UK trainers. It’s good prep for next year’s official championship, sure, but performance and participation here is purely for larks and street cred. We hear there’s a lot of cred to be earned from stellar Pokémon battling…
