StreetPass Banbury are offering UK residents the opportunity to win a Wii U, with all proceeds going straight to specialist gaming charity, Special Effect.
It costs a mere £5 for one ticket in the raffle, while a £10 donation will give you three entries. Donate to charity and possibly win a Wii U? Better than doing something silly like throwing ice over yourself, eh?
To see the full rules of the raffle, as well as chip in your donation for a ticket, visit the Just Giving page here: https://www.justgiving.com/winawiiu
Becky Frost of StreetPass Banbury had this to say regarding the raffle, “Streetpass Banbury are super excited to offer UK Nintendo fans the chance to win a Wii U for as little as a fiver in our next fundraising event! All money raised goes straight to Special Effect, too!
SpecialEffect are an amazing charity group based in Oxfordshire who create and supply modified gaming equipment to people with disabilities to enable everyone to enjoy the fun and inclusion of video games. They’ve helped kids with locked in syndrome communicate with cutting edge eye tracking tech, and helped injured soldiers play online with their mates with specially modified controllers.”
It’s a good time to win a Wii U, too, what with Mario Kart 8 just being released, and titles such as Hyrule Warriors, Bayonetta 2 and Super Smash Bros for Wii U just around the corner, so head over to the Just Giving page and donate!
